Illustrated guide to changes in GENESIS CLIMBER MOSPEADA
(Version 1.1/By Metalformer)

This is a "compact version" of the guide I am working on. This one will feature the most important changes, with pictures, wherever a scene was dropped. The explanations to the changes will be brief, and so the pictures. The in-depth version will feature more information and (specially) pictures.

Scenes in which the only difference is the order of sequence or where the dialog has minor, non-important diferences will not be included. (For an in-depth version of this guide email me and I'll give you the date when the list will be published.)

This version only features some of the episodes. I will include the rest of the episodes on future versions of the document.

So far most of the scenes dropped were omited because of nudity, with some rare exceptions. I've haven't spotted any scene dropped for beign too violent. The dialog haven't been changed that dramatically. Only where it was necesary to fit the story with the Robotech continuity.

There maybe more dropped scenes or changed dialog than the ones I haven't spotted so far, so this docuement is far from over. I will re-watch my copies of the shows (both shows) and if I find something else, I'll update the document.

Some the pics may not be of the best quality due to lack of better equipment - the bath scene is foggy because of the steam created by the hot water (I wonder if that was done intentionally to cover a bit of the nudity).

Final note:Ssome scenes involving Mint in "adult situations" may be upseting for some people, so I advise discretion. Nothing hardcore (hentai) of course, but some scenes tend to be too "spicy" for some people's tastes.

EPISODE # 1: Prelude to the Offensive [Robotech: # 61: . The Invid Invasion]

* Origins of stories.
- MOSPEADA: An alien race is driven mysteriously to earth and took over.
- ROBOTECH: The Invids are driven to Earth because of high-levels of Protoculture, their life-source.
* The approaching sequence at the begining of the episode. It shifts from a shoot of the fleet from outter space to the kissing scene inside one of the ships.
* Marlean explaining her hesistation to Mary S. Bernard. MOSPEADA: She have to ask her FATHER for his aproval. Robotech: Marlean's mother told her not to rush in such situations.
* Guy hanging from cellar. he proclaims himself "king of gossip".
* Marlean and the medallion.
* Destruction of command ship and communications.
MOSPEADA: Ships are beign destroyed because the atmosphere have been tempered with.
ROBOTECH: ships are beign destroyed by Invits.
* Bernards lost on his toughts.
* Bernard's first contact with Earth. He didn't have a clue what lightning is.
* Bernard putting the Armor on.
* Bernard meets Ray/Rand.
* Desert scene.
* Aliens attacking Rand/Rey and Bernard's arrival.

EPISODE # 2
* Mint says: "I'm a grown woman!" and proceeds to take her shirt off. She was actually kidding.
* Mint's clothes were ripped by the Inbito's claw.
* Dialog differs on various scenes (specific details later).

EPISODE # 3
* Song performed by Yellow is different.
* Argument between Yellow and biker:
MOSPEADA: he asks "her" who gave permission to yellow to perform.
ROBOTECH: guy says the music is garbage.
* Yellow's voice actor. (On MOPSEADA Yellow have TWO voice actors; on ROBOTECH is only one.)
* Frame where Mint applauds Houquet for beating guys is dropped.
SPECULATION: this may have been omited because people would think Mint was in love (Lesbians) with Houquet). Claps are still heard on ROBOTECH, tough.
* Scene where Mint calls Houquet "witch" for reading Rei's mind. On ROBOTECH Anni says: "Talking about swallow heads."
* Scene where one of the bad guys trembles in fear because they're defenseless is dropped.

* Summary of previous episode (# 19) added at the beginning.
* Use of the name "Mint" on Robotech to justify the fireworks at the end of the episode.

* Bath scene shortened

* APARENT Mint's comparation of her and Houquet and Aisha's breast. PURELY SPECULATING :-P (Robotech: Annie says: "I can't see myself ..." or something like that.)

* Mospeada's ending credit's footage used at the end of Robotech episode, before episode #81's preview (perfect chance for using such footage as background pics. ^_^).
