1999 New Characters:

Shinjuku:

Yukiko - Name that Shampoo was given by the veterinarian who saved her after her fall. Yukiko only remembers faint images and small details of her old life. Does not like some of what she is told of her past.

Doctor Shimuma Dobutsu - Veterinarian who runs a animal hospital in Shinjuku. He found a badly hurt cat (Shampoo) and nursed it back to health. Didn't discover the curse until a month after Shampoo fell from the rooftop.

Ami - Friend of Kasumi and Yukiko. Works part-time as a receptionist at Doctor Dobutsu's animal hospital.

Amazons:

Powder - High ranking Amazon warrior.

Nipplering - Tall, beautiful, green-haired Amazon warrior.

Soapring - Scrawny, blue-haired Amazon warrior.

Circle of Elders - The ruling body of the Amazons tribe. Led by the Eldest and composed of six Elders. The Matriarch has veto power over the decisions of the Circle.

Matriarch - Title of the leader of the whole Amazons tribe. Amazons can become Matriarch by blood, by mortal combat, or by agreement of the Circle of Elders.

Eldest - Title of the head of the Circle of Elders. Cannot become Matriarch and is a lifetime position. Despite the title's name, age is not a factor in determining who can become Eldest.

Elders - Title of the six Amazons that sit on the Circle of Elders. Despite the title's name, age is not a factor in determining who can become an Elder.

2057 New Characters:

Second generation:

Shashiki - Daughter of Yukiko.

Nijiko - Daughter of Nabiki and President of Tendo Enterprises.

Yohachi - Akane's son by Ranma or Ranko (undisclosed).

Third Generation:

Reiji and Reiko (AKA 'The Reis') - Grandson and granddaughter of Nabiki. Identical twins (except for their genders, of course) who run most of the systems in the Compound. Usually referred to collectively as 'the Reis' or just 'Rei'.

Imoki Kuonji - Worker at Tendo Enterprises and mother of twins.

Nirumi - Granddaughter of Nabiki and runs the chain of restaurants Nabiki started.

Fourth Generation:

Ranma and Ranko - Imoki's redheaded twins.
